Pump Fitness Studio is a Private Training Studio that is designed for the average mom, dad or working professional. In other words... you are busy, you don't hours to spend in the gym every day and you need a very structured and results driven program.​ We do not believe in large boot camp style workouts or excessive cardio classes that are cluttered and not structured in a way that is designed to optimize results and keep you free of injury.

This is a specialized and science backed program that is 100% rooted in strength/resistance training & development. Everything you do in the gym is very highly specified to you, your limitations, your goals and your fitness level. Our goal is not only to provide an excellent and premium training experience but to also teach you proper mechanics and proper training methods that get RESULTS and move you in a progressive direction. ​The program revolves around set exercise phases that last 2 - 4 weeks at a time and only 3 workouts per week! ​This is a small group training environment so you are certainly surrounded by an excellent community of like minded individuals just like yourself that are focused on becoming the best versions of themselves. Absolutely no "clicks" or "judgement" allowed in our facility. Our community uplifts and supports each other and we take serious pride in that!
